What are you going to do with my personal information?

All personal information collected is only used for processing your order. It is used to verify the credit card information, process shipping information, and to contact you concerning of the status of your order.

It is never sold or given away to any companies or individuals. We do not use it to send you junk mail, spam, or any form of solicitation.

How long does shipping take?

All in stock merchandise ships within 1-7 business days (Monday - Friday). Sometimes things get chaotic and it takes a little longer. Nothing should take longer then 10 days unless it is on backorder. If this happens we will notify you.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express directly through our website.

You will soon also be able to use your PayPal account directly through our website as well.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes its 2007 and our processoer has a good handle on security I promise you.

Can I pay with a money order / personal check?

We do accept money orders and personal checks. We prefer money orders. Check the appropriate box for a printable order form when checking out.All orders paid in full via personal checks will be held until the check clears..

Are you going to spam me?

Hell no! We can't stand that shit. You will never receive unsolicited email, mail, or phone calls. All information is used for processing your order only. We never give or sell your information.

We guarantee you we will NEVER spam you in any way. We receive a few hundred spam emails a day. We actively take part in the battle against spam by getting domains and email accounts black listed that are directly related to spam and located on US servers.
